BOCA BATH & TENNIS PROJECT
Contemporary home renovation; exterior and interior. I oversaw this job virtually, flying in for a week each month. I consulted, selected, sourced, and designed every aspect of this project. Flooring, coverings, exterior and interior color pallet, millwork, vanities, exterior fixtures, pavers, shingles, pool tile, landscape design, hardware, plumbing fixtures, interior lighting, appliances, countertops, closet design & finishes. Home was vacant from start to finish during project.

LAHES & GO TURN KEY FRANCHISE
Lashes & Go is a franchise based in Spain that was brought to the United States to create a "Turn Key" Franchise. I was in charge of FF&E Procurment while maintaining brand standards and aesthetics. I created a "Turn Key" franchise solution following FDA, OSHA, and EPA Rules and Regulations within budget. Worked alongside architect, general contractor, and Pivitol Retail group.

Top 40/ Latin Room/ Havana House ; Responsible for the VIP seating and reupholstery of built-in cabana style seating; design, fabric selection, venial plaster, purchasing and selection of wall coverings. In Havana Haus and Latin Room purchasing and selection of all VIP seating to meet the clubs aesthetic and functional requirement.

Interior Design & Consulting, furniture and material procurement. I consulted on the design concept, exposing original architectural elements. Incorporating the owners vision of a earthy serene vibe with a neutral pallet. This neutral pallet allowed me to expose some raw architecture. Believe Music Hall formally located at 181 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. is recognized as a historic property approved by The National Historic Registry. I " The Church"
