LAHES & GO TURN KEY FRANCHISE

Lashes & Go is a franchise based in Spain that was brought to the United States to create a "Turn Key" Franchise. I was in charge of FF&E Procurment while maintaining brand standards and aesthetics. I created a "Turn Key" franchise solution following FDA, OSHA, and EPA Rules and Regulations within budget. Worked alongside architect, general contractor, and Pivitol Retail group.
